I needed somewhere to dump my bags super last minute and found a spot nearby, so that part was a lifesaver. Booking was easy, no drama there. But when I got to the shop, they seemed a bit clueless and it turned into a bit of a faff, so I was standing around longer than I wanted. Still, it did the job in the end

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with nannybag, but it actually worked out really well. My train was delayed and, luckily, the drop-off place was still open, which saved me a lot of stress. The whole thing was easy enough and the flexible hours were a big plus. I’d probably use it again if I needed to.

Used Nannybag for a few hours it was really straightforward. Drop-off took maybe 2 minutes, and pickup was just as quick. No hassle at all, and our bags were ready when we got back. If you’re wandering around town and don’t want to drag your luggage with you, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

We used Nannybag because we had a few hours to kill before check-in, and it made things so much easier. We dropped our bags at a little shop near the station, and the whole thing was quick, simple, no awkward hassle or anything...

When we came back, the guy just checked our booking and handed everything over right away. The bags were exactly how we left them, which is really all you want in that moment. Definitely handy, and yeah, I’d use it again..

I had a small issue with my booking time and contacted support. i was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy for a long back-and-forth, so I was relieved they replied faster than I expected and sorted it out without making things complicated. I’m taking one star off because I did have to explain the same thing twice, which was a bit frustrating, but overall it was fine.

I booked luggage storage through nannybag.com and, to be fair, the payment went through without any real problems. I used my card, got the confirmation quickly, and I didn’t notice any random extra charges afterward. The only thing that made me a bit unsure was that the page took a few seconds to load after I paid, so I was sitting there wondering if it actually worked. But in the end, everything was okay.
